Pleasantly surprised they were even open on a Sunday morning, but even more pleased when I 'phoned and was booked in by a very polite young man for 11 30. Slow puncncture was repaired and I was on my way for 12 15. Great service, friendly staff and open 7 days/week ..... what more can you ask? 5 stars definitely!

I would like to say a huge thanks to one of the lads that sorted balancing my Deep Dish alloy wheels, I had been to 3 places that hadn?t been able to do a static wheel balance on them and he just said yes no problem at all and they were spot on, he even shown me each wheel being done and showed me that one of the alloys had a slight imperfection, very professional and polite, just a lovely bloke and top quality service

Superb service. Within half an hour of discovering a nail in my tyre and a quick phone call, I had driven to their depot and they had repaired the puncture and got me back on the road. Service does not get better than this.

Exceptional Service on a Bank Holiday!
We had a tyre blowout 45 minutes from home near Congleton on a bank holiday Monday. I was driving with my two young children and the tyre had completely ripped - we were down to the metal trim. We were really stuck and worried, especially being so far from home with little ones in the car.
We contacted Kwik Fit just 15 minutes before they were due to close and they kindly agreed to stay open until we arrived. Not only that, but they also checked in with us on our journey to make sure we were OK.
Steve, Shane and Santay were absolutely brilliant - professional, kind and efficient. What could have been a nightmare situation turned into a huge relief thanks to their help.
Highly recommend this team for their outstanding customer service and care. Thank you again!
