These guys are unregulated cowboys, they put us in an apartment which was highly insecure and so incredibly uncomfortable, it was cheap, nasty and horrible, all for £250 a night!! Whilst they did at least try to help, ultimately they were incabaple of doing so. Be careful using them, they are okay until things go wrong! We ended up having to pay to go somewhere else half way through our holiday!

I have booked a few Holidays with Alex and I have to say I?m very impressed with the overall customer service offered ,the accommodation at Compostella beach and Tenerife Royal gardens where spot on in fact better that the pictures ,location was perfect for what I needed and also very competitively priced .The main thing is the customer service Alex offers ,always speaks to you great information sent out and a very helpful and friendly manor ,I have two more bookings with them I would highly recommend A++

I can't thank this travel agency enough for the amazing time I had during my 9-day tour in Turkey. The hot air balloon tour in Cappadocia was a highlight, providing panoramic views that were simply breathtaking. The paragliding in Marmaris offered an adrenaline rush, while the ATV and rafting tours in Antalya added a sense of adventure. The tour guides were fantastic, providing interesting insights and making the trip memorable.

Hi Alex, Well I am pleased to say the girls loved their surprise that we were staying in a 3 bed roomed Villa with balconies at PS3. I apologise again for contacting you the numerous times beforehand as I was terrified with all the scams going on, but it all worked out brilliantly. We were able to get a key for Safe from Rebecca. The sunsets and pool were also amazing - would book again. It was great we had the room to stay in and relaxKind regardsClaire
