I ordered a £40 gift voucher and only £20 arrived. I notified Laura on email and she replied straight away! She dropped off the rest of the voucher to my front door the same day! Such a brilliant customer service. I?ve had a spray tan and lash extensions done with Laura previously and she?s always been amazing! I would 100% recommend hidden gem to anyone who appreciates incredible customer service.
