I ordered at 14:49 on Thursday. I followed the GPS on the app to see when it would arrive. I got a call from the store at 15:29 saying that my order wouldn?t arrive for another 15-20 minutes, and then the app told me to enjoy my order as it had arrived. My order arrived cold at 15:59 (30 minutes later). I made a complaint through the contact form just to be informed that it was delivered within 30 minutes which should be acceptable, completely ignoring the fact that it wasn?t actually delivered then. I could forgive this if it was at a peak period, but it was mid-afternoon. Will not be ordering from this store again, extremely disappointed

We are Domino's pizza lovers. But, today, the pizza was too cheeseie. Not like a usual dominos pizza. May be they down the quality for giving deals.

Tried domino's again for the first time in a good 2 years last night. And I thought with the amount of adverts going up and the price of there pizza's both going up exponentially maybe the quality had but I was mistaken it was literally just like eating pure soft dough with zero crunch and cooked enough just so the topping melted domino's had always been really doughy but not to that level.

Absolutely disgusting pizza paid for additional toppings though not added. Pizza was very dry and tasteless will never use congleton dominoes again.
