My pizza was cold the delivery driver was rude the guy who took the order was rude

I ordered at 14:49 on Thursday. I followed the GPS on the app to see when it would arrive. I got a call from the store at 15:29 saying that my order wouldn’t arrive for another 15-20 minutes, and then the app told me to enjoy my order as it had arrived.
