My 15 year old stepdaughter booked an appointment for her nails to be done for her holiday, she arrived on time but had to wait for 2 hours as other people were allowed to push in front of her, obviously she's only a young girl so didn't feel comfortable saying anything but it then made us all late for our later plans for the day. Would not use this business again as entirely unprofessional and very unfair on a young girl.
