My 15 year old stepdaughter booked an appointment for her nails to be done for her holiday, she arrived on time but had to wait for 2 hours as other people were allowed to push in front of her, obviously she's only a young girl so didn't feel comfortable saying anything but it then made us all late for our later plans for... read full comment
