Decent coffee, nice enough staff, not super speedy but that's OK if you aren't in a rush.
Often the tables are mostly dirty and covered in dirty dishes, need a busboy or something.
Edit to update - the tables are always dirty amd full of crockery, I've been in here many many times now, including right now, and every table has stuff on it. People have to move and bus the tables themselves to pile all on other tables, or just sit with other peoples dishes. It's pretty gross. Also unacceptable as often I see staff who could come and clear, even walking from counter to back without picking anything up on the way.
Poor show.

Dietary restrictions: Although they cater for vegan or vegetarian they don't do gluten free products which is a shame otherwise I would buy something to eat.

We discovered this branch completely by chance: we were participating in the makers market and were placed a few doors down. We found the staff to be friendly and welcoming despite the shop being incredibly busy. Delicious coffee as always and the mango and passion fruit coolers are blended to perfection!

as a regular costa customer (most days) this is my favourite local store. The staff are really welcoming and polite and service is always spot on. Thanks to the manager she runs it well.

Loking at some reviews I began to winder if I was in the right Costa!!!! This was a horrible little doss house! Really old furniture tired dark and grubby. The staff on didn't seem to care less. I asked if they could make a coffee for my wife with lactose free milk which I had brought. The guy disappeared into the back and came back and no they didn't do it. No other explanation offered.
I just walked out. Steer clear it doesn't do any favours for Costa reputation

I've been in a couple times before work the young man is absolutely lovely he is so polite nice to talk to, the young lady I spoke to last week she's was so lovely and both staff very friendly so welcoming and they made the best tropical mango bubble frappe ever

Never waiting this long for a drink at any Costa in the country. Staff didn't care about the wait and nobody seemed interested in getting a shift on. Should have gone Morrisons and used the take away machine
