I bought my vehicle in May 2023. Upon arrival, I was informed that the tyre pressure light had just come on that morning, and that the radio wasn?t working. Upon inspecting the images posted of the vehicle as the advertisement, I have now noticed this was a lie and the light was on prior to the day of collection. On the day, I was informed I would receive the part needed for both problems. It is now December and I am yet to receive the part. I have called over 10 times about this issue, with the garage stating they would call me back, and then never have. I would not recommend getting your car from here as I have had nothing but trouble and lies.

I had a fantastic experience at Congleton Motors during a purchase of an Audi TT. We drove 5 hours from South Wales and the car was exactly as described. The staff were very attentive and provided a service that made the whole transaction painless. They sorted out my personalised number plate and made my dad a coffee. The test drive was 5 hours back to South Wales and went without a hitch. Would recommend

Simple and Stress free MOT. Called to book in and was given a slot for the same week with multiple times to choose from. Would 100% recommend as I felt confident leaving it in their capable hands and was met with excellent friendly service throughout the transaction.

I have waited a couple of months before posting this review as I wanted to be sure the car my daughter bought was not a lemon. It is not.My daughter needed a car and we pop into Congleton Autos. They let us drive lots of the cars on the forecourt (even one that we definitely wasn't going to buy, but I just fancied seeing what it was like - they knew all this before hand).My daughter ended up buying a really nice Renault Twingo, at a really good price. She has had it a few months now and it is going like a dream. The people there couldn't have been nicer, not pushy (hate that when looking for a car) and really patient.Thank you for a great car.
