This morning?s visit to Boots Opticians Congleton
Was 100% Spot. The wait time for the pre-operative scans were minimum Josh who performed my scans was very warm welcoming and at ease while talking to him.
The optometrist that did my eye test was also a lovely lady. Very easy to talk to explained everything showed me all my scans. Nothing was too much trouble to chat to her about she was perfect.
After the eye test, Josh very quickly came to assist me in choosing a new pair of reading glasses as opinion was greatly received and I think between us we chose Welll He explained everything regarding the glasses and the lenses With prices and his whole manner through my experience was 10 out of 10 great job to everyone there Always a pleasure to visit ????

We had a fantastic experience at Boots Opticians Congleton. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Laura, who was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. She was so patient, supportive, and detailed-minded, always thinking from the customer?s point of view. Laura went above and beyond to make sure we got my daughter?s prescription sunglasses ordered in time for our holiday, which we really appreciated. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference. Highly recommended!
