I’ve never had a bad experience with this shop. All staff are friendly even when I have returned items. There has also been many occasions where my little boy has been court short needing the toilet and unlike other charity shops close by they have been more than helpful.

I recently picked up some jeans and proceeded to the tills tp pay. I find the store in Congleton to have raised the prices to high it used to be so busy to none going in anymore “The prices are ridiculous’
