Well presented both indoors & outdoors. Average prices for plants. Nice cafe, good food but not a lot of choice for vegans. Oat milk available for beverages. Lovely gift shop and seasonal area always well stocked too. Fabulous choice of silk flowers. Clothes are awful, beautiful range of greetings cards. Option to buy loyalty card, £12 annual fee, the cost of which is easily recouped with free drinks allowance, member offers throughout the year. Not sure what the points add up to yet? A nice place to visit for garden inspiration!

Very good garden centre. Reasonably priced good quality plants.Restaurant also excellentUpdate July 23. Menu prices creeping up, choices creeping down.But plants still good and at good prices.?

This is a pleasant, well stocked garden centre with a justifiably popular cafe.When we visited the Valentines Day afternoon tea for two was obviously much in demand, but there was a tempting selection of other goodies as well. I suspect many of the customers go for the cafe alone. On Sundays there is a roast dinner available.Our main interest on this occasion was in fact the cafe, as we were breaking a journey but it was obvious that there was a good range of garden tools and supplies, food gifts and items for pets. The plants on display looked healthy and vigorous.

They do a lovely Sunday roast!! , the staff at the Garden Centre are so helpful,
