We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was nice and convenient for visiting the zoo. However, what really made the stay great was Mat (deputy manager of the restaurant). Who was absolutely brilliant and made sure that we felt welcome, had everything we needed and was really thoughtfil when it came to our children.... read full comment
