Staff behaviour is disgusting. Totally unprofessional staff. Manager can?t control her rude staff never mind wear Zara clothing. Total shambles of a store. Zara should be applauded at how the chester store is being run.complaint pending to Zara.

Been left out of pocket by untrained, unprofessional bunch of staff at this store. Returned items from an online order for a refund, never received refund confirmation or refund. Waited more than an hour in shop, still no confirmation, shop wouldn?t give me items back as they were ?received back by store?. Online customer services even more unhelpful pushing the issue back to shop. Shop asst manager Darcy very rude and hiding in the back sending someone out to tell me there?s nothing she could do. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now, my app still showing items as unreturned. A bunch of thieves. Worst customer service you?ll find, avoid and go somewhere else. Taking the matter further.

Super unwelcoming environment, felt as though I was just something to be pushed aside, because I wasn?t there, ?typical customer? got myself just a few things never shopped here before probably will never shop here again and just after one use I?ve noticed deterioration, paying extortionate prices for Primark level quality, sizes are completely over the place, things are either way too big or way too small.

My husband tried to return an item I ordered on line this afternoon that was too big, I was happy for an exchange. The website says return free to any store. The girl refused saying we needed a barcode or QR code. We had the email confirmation and all the original package but no codes? She refused to help him or direct him how to obtain these. Terrible service now how do I return?

I wanted to test certain perfumes, but the testers were empty. I asked a member of staff. Overall this seemed a big issue and took over 10 minutes to come and tell me that they have one of the perfumes I can test, but they can't open new bottles anymore. So they sell perfumes with empty testers on display or not provided. A snappy staff member came up to me and told me, on a different occasion, that dogs are strictly not allowed. I am a wheelchair user and she could have asked nicely if my dog is an assistant dog...... It is a shame as some staff are very lovely at this store.

Extremely dissapointing customer care. The man with the glasses on the till on the mens section was very rude and unprofessional to my son's partner. Needless to say all the clothes were put back and we took our custom els where. I have worked in the retail sector 30 years plus and would never speak or act towards a customer the way he did! Shocking really for such a well established brand. Think some staff training and manners would benefit the staff at chester!

I bought an item of clothing here on Saturday. Noticed it was ripped and returned for an exchange on Monday. The manager refused saying they can only exchange stitching faults and this can only go to head office. She was exceptionally rude and unhelpful, considering I am 7 months pregnant and was on my own. I contacted head office immediately who told me that it can be exchanged in store! They had to escalate it further to get a case ID because they store had already refused. I then go again with the case ID to be told I need proof of the chat. I had to explain that the website doesn't give you a copy of the chat and they have given me a case ID. They eventually called head office themselves and were told straight away that the outcome was for them to refund me. Awful customer service and they have no idea how their own refund and exchange process works. Didn't even bother to apologise for the mistake or selling me a damaged item. I'll buy online from now on.

So went to return some items tonight was told that one of the items on the receipt was a white skirt and not the necklace I was returning. After explaining that i had purchased the three items together , had never purchased a white shirt. The manager was called and I was told she would check the cctv! I stood there while she went to check, she eventually returned and said yes that's OK and proceeded with my refund, which is great yes, but what amazed me was not one apology for their error and my embarrassment while I waited !!! Doesn't take much guys! Even if you dont mean it, it goes a long way

Do not seem to sell clothing for the petite, stylish woman. In my experience, few shops do!
