I broke down driving past? and the staff at Wickes were really understanding that I had to pull into their car park. They have gone above and beyond for me today and made me feel relaxed in a very stressful situation

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sold architrave which was clearly damaged. No attempt to refund or replace. No reduction. In cost. Polly deputy manager had zero customer service skills and came across very rude and unhelpful.
Will not use wicked again

Visited Chesters wickes to price up some kitchens, the lady (mature,tall in a blazer) looked us up and down and after a simple question regarding kitchen units we were directed to the cheap bit.. as she kept pointing out.. fair I might have gone in wearing scruffs.. however I'm a customer with a lot of money to spend and she made me feel like dirt on the bottom of a shoe. Will not be spending any of my money wasting it in this company. What a rude lady.. definitely needs to come off her high horse.. she works in retail.. not a high end boutique where she may feel more at home. For someone who works in customer service myself.. she's a disgrace to your team.
