The young lady behind the counter today was awfully helpful. My caramel latte scanned as an age restricted item and, the lady, took approving this item in such good spirits. Great customer service

Terrible and unprofessional wouldnt recommend to anyone.. I go to get a meal deal sandwich crisps and drink for my long train journey and the door is locked and woman opens it to tell me she's on her break!!! Do they not have any staff to take over its very shoddy business practice to be shutting up shop at a whim in a busy train station at 11.30am. Shocking!!!!

Don't seem to have a booked time for opening. Seem to open up when they want.8:05 now and still not open.

I bought a pencil from here back in 2014.I used it for a 3 days and it went blunt so I had to return to buy a pencil sharpener.The staff where very helpful, I got a blue one because I like blue.

I went into this store yesterday and the self serve machine was not working properly and not giving change - the lady serving didn't help and waited for customers to leave before fixing the machine. I saw her take 70p out of the broken till that was the change of someone before me and I am sure she did the same with my change - luckily this was only 2p. I tried contacting WH Smith but got no reply as i would like to know what was happening with all this change. WH Smith are obviously not bothered by this

Small store but has plenty of snacks for any journey. Doesn't overcharge still runs deals and has the meal deal in store.

A really nice store with helpful staff. A huge variety of books and other products (including stationary), the pricing is rather descent too.
