Terrible services. Iv not come across any positive feed back off Local people. I actually live next door to this Pharmacy and yet I choice to go to SuperDrug in town. I'd give SuperDrug a 4.5 stars. The regular Staff are lovely and so accommodating. Stay clear if you have a option to go anywhere else than Well.

We needed some Covid tests after most places had shut on Christmas Eve. When we rang places that should have been open, they were the only ones that picked up the phone to confirm they were open so we could drive up and get them.

Came in tonight to collect a prescription, the pharmacy lady was already in her coat and holding her bag ready to leave. Turned on the lights behind me and refused to help me do something she said would take 5 minutes and they are about to closing in a few minutes.Closed a couple of minutes early sending me already in pain to another pharmacy all because she couldn?t be bothered.Wish I could do this at my job? but I wouldn?t. Horrible customer service.

I don?t normally leave reviews but having read some of these wanted to just say what a positive experience I had today. In and out for my flu jab and picked up a prescription in about 10 mins flat . Staff very friendly and efficient .

Avoid this pharmacy. You can feel the tension as soon as you walk in. Possibly the manager or supervisor but she does not smile and quite clearly not happy in her job role and makes you feel an inconvenience. Such a shame that one lets it down as the other staff seem so much more professional. My advice is avoid and go another pharmacy.

Very poor service and management. The doctor prescribed medicine but they could not supply it all together, asked me to come back after 2 days and after going there they said to come back after 1 hour. They do not value the time and health of a patient. I don't want to give 1 star even, sorry.They are always out of stock.

Been here a few times just to give the benefit of doubt and to leave a fair review . Rude slow service everytime, good luck being acknowledged as a person . Today I was polite but server was rude and abrupt . Don't recommend using this place unless you are desperate

This pharmacy is genuinely shocking. The staff are clueless and extremely rude, they speak to you like you?re an inconvenience. I?ve had a long wait each time I?ve been in, with staff members staring at the queue rather than serving. Then today, after standing waiting for half an hour, I get told that my prescription won?t be available to collect for another week, despite the GP confirming it is available to collect the same day. How is it possibly acceptable to have people waiting a week for medication they?re in desperate need of?! Honestly, just avoid this place at all costs, a deep investigation is needed.

What a sham! Arrived at 4pm Sunday all the way from North Wales to be told I'd need to wait an hour!? I was in agony having just come from hospital and needed antibiotics. The man behind the counter couldn't care less.Why offer this service on Sunday if you can't commit to it?? Absolutely pathetic.

Staff there not helpful, don't know anything about the products sold there. Have made a full-paid flu jab appointment, the pharmacist was late for 45 minutes without any reason given!

What is the point of having opening times if you're never going to honour them. I arrived at 5pm Sunday to pick up a prescription, the pharmacy should of been open until 9pm but no it was closed. Ah well I bet there is someone I can call...... no! Thanks for providing a great service to the community Wells pharmacy. Useless!!
