Friendly staff and a fast service, I visited Waterstones on just to get a book ordered, and the guy said it'll take 7-10 days, and it was available to collect, two days after I'd visited the store, how excellent is that.

I went into Waterstones today to get some christmas presents for my family. I was looking for Colleen Hoover?s range of books and so I asked the gentleman behind the counter who assisted me to her book range. As I was looking, a lovely staff worker named Mia approached me and gave some really helpful advice on which book to choose. The book that she recommended was a really great option however wasn?t in stock at store so Mia helped me to purchase through Click and Collect which I really appreciated. With her help I was able to sort my christmas presents and had a really lovely experience. Thank you Mia!

Never been to a Waterstones before and I was really pleasantly surprised, nice relaxed environment, and don?t feel like you?re being watched, enjoy the browsing process and was able to get what I wanted staff were friendly and helpful
