Staff are fantastic, probably the best grocery store help I have ever received. It was during the christmas rush and everyone was occupied but no one made me feel like I was an inconvenience or I was disturbing them. They all genuinely want to help. Lots of variety and the store is clean and well lit.

We got our free drinks but were shoo'd out of the otherwise empty cafe to drink at the cold bit by the door. Doubtless they have their little rules and regulations but it was unnecessarily unfriendly. The response tells me they understand procedure but not how to be kind. The whole point is to make it a nicer experience. Giving me a hot drink and then offering me only the cold spot in the store to drink it makes me think I would be better off having a drink at home, where it's warm, then going to Aldi where it's cheaper. The actual shopping bit was fine.

Overpriced cafe with horrendous drinks, dirty tables and undercooked food. This cost me just under £12 for a watery hot chocolate, undercooked chips and essentially cheese on toast. Table was filthy and no body cleaning considering it?s in Waitrose I would expect a higher quality but there is absolutely no thought or care in this place. Complete waste of money
