I came into the store last Friday morning after losing my Samsung device earlier in the week.
Having cancelled the number, I was then fortunate enough to recover my device later that day.
Steven was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting me reconnected on my existing number after initially setting me up on a temporary one.
Your help and support were much appreciated.

After a significant error by customer services my wife and I visited the store to try and rectify the issue. We were met by a member of staff who was rude, arrogant, did not recognise that it was Vodafone's error and gave the impression he didn't know what he was doing. I would avoid this store like the plague unless you want your patience tested.

Just been in to check on an item. And noticed how Bleak and boring the shop looks. No flashy stands with Phones promoting new handsets or phone manufacturers Nothing really sticking out at you when you walk through the door. The staff are really nice and friendly. Shame the shop lets itself down.

Upgraded a device in November and was told I could change the air time plan in February, when I went back in to change it, the person who told me this then said she never said it. Apparently the 3 people who heard her say this are lying. Another server who wasn?t involved in the conversation was sat laughing and shaking his head at what was being said. Once I asked what his issue was he said I?m just listening. Didn?t offer anything to the issue which was trying to be resolved.

Very rude staff , the guy there, he didn't even let me describe my issue , he was whispering with himself, he was really not professional and I don't know how his CV passed to work as customer service, finally i told him if you are angry leave it , he said ok lol
