After purchasing two pairs of glasses on the eye care plan, unfortunately wasn?t getting on with one pair of glasses. Went in store and no question re. exchanging them as before 100 day period. I would like to praise and express my thanks to Louise. She has worked in store for 16 years and is studying towards a 3 year dispensing optician course. Her knowledge and advice was invaluable, as my varifocal frames were ill fitting. She helped me choose the correct shape/style/bridge size of glasses.Previously, I was drawn in to designer name/fashion and not practicality of eyewear.Plus the frames were cheaper. Bonus.?Thanks again Louise, and good luck with your course. ??

Over many years I've been to various Opticians and it's all been the same really.... Boring, treated like just another customer.I'm a manager myself and I see on a daily basis good and bad service, in which I compare with how I would treat my customers (I just had a letter from Director about how good our service is, so I have high standards ?). My last experience with Opticians left me very underwhelmed and dissatisfied as I told them when they called to rebook this year after they asked why I left, well I just didn't find you friendly, sorry.Vision Express looked clinical and eye catching, I went in and asked why should I choose them and the response was they treat you like an individual and we are like a family...... Well putting this to the test today with myself and my brother's appointment I can confirm Vision Express meets my own standards and that above others. I really liked Rahim he was cool guy, chatty, very professional and treated me like an individual and I expect depending on who he has sat in front of him will adapt accordingly. Everything explained clearly and explained anything that might be complex in a way to make you feel like you are on the same wave length.Downstairs was the same, tried glasses on and had written quotes for various glasses which I would have bought it just so happens I'm owed some from a famous brand so will go there but still ordering the exact pair I was shown.So would I recommend.... It's a big fat YES from me!Thanks guys really appreciated the service today and also how you treated my brother (some people do treat people with disabilities different but you explained everything to me so I could make an informed decision for him, that means a more than I can express).?

My partner purchased glasses and sunglasses today from Vision Express. He had a prescription from a different branch of Vision Express, and the assistant manager, Peter, who dealt with us, was excellent! Peter found the previous exact lenses from my partners existing glasses and made recommendations on the options for the new pair. Nothing was too much trouble, excellent customer service, and a very knowledgeable member of staff. Highly recommend Vision Express in Chester!!
