We had three pizzas there tomighy which were all gorgeous! The toppings were not your standard fare and the sourdough bases were fab. The staff was so warm and welcoming particularly with our overtired hugry two year old on the verge of a breakdown. We were given a great seat and crayons/colouring which saved our night. The gelato was fabulous too!

Absolutely unreal food. The truffle and parmesan fries are to die for!!!!! We got an unreal deal with the 2 for 1 pizzas on Thursdays - would definitely recommend.

Wow so refreshing to have sraff that are approachable, friendly, full of life and polite. ( rare these days). Do we spent the evening in this basis, had amazing food and a wonderful day. Thank you URBANI 32.

Great location for a few drinks and people watching on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Good cocktails and nice friendly service. Our party did not eat but from what we saw/smelt from the neighbouring tables, it seemed good.
We did go back for a drink the same evening before our restaurant reservation, unfortunately the service level had dipped, despite them being quieter. Our drinks order was not correct and there seemed to be a longer than necessary discussion at the bar to decide whether two of our cocktails/mocktails where alcohol free or not. They did drop the service charge from the bill when we left to make up for this.

Really enjoyed my time at Urbano. I will say that I think the prices need a revision. £7 for very small wings was a shock indeed. The pizza was lovely however, made for great cold leftovers. All the staff were lovely. My one major criticism is that we were sat next to a couple enjoying a date night. The restaurant was basically empty barring a few tables. Looking back I should have requested to move but going forward if it can be helped I would never sit 2 separate parties next to one another if there is space elsewhere as it is was awkward for the first 20 minutes of our visit.

I had The Goat. It said on the description it had mushroom. Barely. That was the only topping and they really skimped on it. Maybe it was because we had a late booking - 8:30 pm. Maybe that?s why we felt rushed too. Ice cream was tasty.

Fantastic spot to sit in the sun.
Pizza was great ( Rustique) service was spot on.
Nice location to have a beer and watch the afternoon pass by.
Parking: Chester parking is always hit and miss

Lovely experience from start to finish. We sat outside in the sun and ordered a couple of beers, then some garlic bread and Parmesan fries. Without even asking the garlic bread was split into 2 on separate plates.
Team very polite and efficient. Looking forward to combining back.

My wife & I had a pizza and salad on Saturday night 24th August, this is our 2nd time here we sat downstairs last time as we had our gog with us, but this time didn't have our dog so we sat upstairs (as it was cooler with air conditioning) fantastic food, music & the price very reasonable, the staff very friendly & the young lady who served us was very polite & was a pleasure to be served by. (The lady was from Argentina)
We will certainly return.
A1 well worth a visit if your in chester.

the glass my drink was served in. 1st glass was dirty so asked for it to be changed. 2nd glass came out dirty? again asked for it to be changed. 3rd time.e lucky I eventually got to drink my first drink. then 2nd drink the glass was the first glass I had and was still dirty

It was our first visit as a family, and we all had a great time. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was good ? especially the pizzas on the Thursday 2-for-1 deal ? and the service was solid. The staff were nice, with Ella being especially friendly and attentive. She's a real asset to the place.
Parking: The restaurant is located in a pedestrianised shopping area so no parking avaliable directly outside. Nearest paid-for car parks are around a 5-minute walk away.
