Great if you're 40 and above.
The shop isn't organised in any way shape or form. Sizes were completely unorganized and large sized clothes were on small hangers!
I was looking for a good hour for the summer and holiday clothes that I've seen in multiple other tkmaxx shops and there was nothing.
Felt much more like a charity shop then an actual tkmaxx. Usually the more popular clothes are on the walls on display and then the following racks are to look through, but there were clearly no clothes deemed fit to be put on any wall.
There was one lady on the till and the rest of the staff were at the front of the shop chatting, including the manager. And it took the whole team to take a security tag off a pair of sunglasses, and tbh I wasn't sure if I was going to get the glasses back or my money ??

Appalling. Aggressively turfed my disabled mother off a seat near the fitting room because it was for sale. She had to ask the extremely unpleasant attendant for an alternative seat to sit and rest her crutches on. She was exhausted, then was embarrassed and looked down on by the staff.
She hadn't even sat on the original chair for 30 seconds. So be warned, if you want to buy a chair from here, you'll be treated with distaste for even trying to sit on it.
The manager Mario, was unhelpful and condescending. Looking up and down at us like we were dirt on his shoe. Disgusting behaviour from the staff, left my mother crying. A formal complaint has been filed and I can only warn other visitors that if you need help or support- the staff will go out of their way to make life difficult instead. Scummy.

Clothing and other items arranged in no particular order. This would seem to make things cheaper.. sadly this is not the case.

Knocked a star off for selection as management could utilize the space better but the store is neat and tidy due to the hard working staff and the staff are lovely. Always feel welcomed by the team here.

Very bad staff the one where is in fitting room I was sitting by the steps she told me to get up I was just want rest 2 minutes but he told me to get up because maybe fire will happen ?
