Tom offered and went to the Birkenhead store to get some for me and just like that my bathroom project was back on track! Customer service on another level! This wasn’t my first time at the Chester store - I’ve always had a great experience due to the fantastic customer service, brilliant display of stock and clean and welcoming store”
