They've been a great help to us.
We tried the testers and liked the perfume and came to buy a new one of our own perfume.
Great discounts and gifts are impressive, the membership discount is great!
We loved it, Pi and For Her, we preferred.
The boxing is very stylish, the blonde lady is an expert and makes a great presentation.

Sarah was so helpful. I've run out of my Lancome perfume and was after a new scent that wasn't dramatically different from mine. She helped me trial several perfumes and I chose a new one today. She was so knowledgeable. Thank you Sarah :)

I visited recently and spent around 18 months trying, but failing, to find a perfume similar to Aline Absolue. The dark haired assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, and unhesitatingly suggested YSL Black Opium and JPG La Belle. I?ve tried countless perfumes and not liked any of them but I immediately liked both of these as they?re gorgeous. Thanks so much!

Purchased eau de parfum. Paid by debit card. Checked bank account this morning. Had been debited twice. Phoned bank and one charge removed. Phoned customer service. Wanted a screen shot of my bank account-refused, then photograph of receipt!! Had receipt number but not enough. Tried to phone Perfume Shop but no answer and line disconnected. WilAllbeauty online

Terrible customer service on my visit to this store today with my husband.Two girls talking to each other on our entrance,felt like I was interrupting them.Then one girl with long dark hair came over,not friendly or helpful.Quite abrupt,not interested at all.I?m a friendly person with a keen interest in beauty,fragrance and feeling good.This girl did not make me feel good and no wonder the shop was empty if customer service was like this on Thursday afternoon of 11th August.
