Total sham of a place. Went there at 7pm Friday evening. Had a full shopping trolley. Not one person on the tills or planned to. Eventually, I found a guy that was stocking the shelves who helped find a manager. Fair play to him he tried to help. Tesco are taking the pxxx out of their employees and the public. Its not just this one either. Go into town and its the same in smaller ones. Staff stacking shelves and totally stretched. Tesco is making billions and stressing there staff out and upsetting the public. Sham.

Only a small Tesco so no clothes bit sadly. Great for quick shop not so great for a full shop. I feel like bits are missing. Like a big Tesco express kind of thing. Could do with being bigger.
Found what I needed that day. Shop clean staff lovely.

Pharmacy desk incredibly unhelpful and rude. I went in looking for advice for a rash around the mouth - in need of Canestan. The lady refused to help and advised that anything I would need would have to be prescribed. I advised this is a reoccurring issue and just needed direction to where the Canestan would be. She advised that there was no such thing in the store. After walking through the health & beauty isles, I found it. Absolute waste of time and poor customer service. The woman behind the desk had glasses, and the woman stood next to her had no initiative to help either. She should not be working in customer service.

Tesco has gone downhill to say the least. Shelving is filthy, a lot of gaps around the store, having to reach at the back of the shelf to get what you wanted, which isn't pleasant for a first time shopping experience. Would have spent more if the shelves were full. I did notice a manager casually walking taking the odd bit of cardboard off the shelves but still leaving them a mess, great way to lead by example....
