Decent supermarket. Great variety of products. You can find many discounts with the Tesco?s club card. I would recomment avoiding peak times as it may get crowded, but overall, there are many cashiers and automatic scan machines, therefore you don?t usually wait more than 10 minutes in a line (peak). I have never used parking facilities - no comment.

Please check your receipts when buying from here !!.Twice in the past months I have been overcharged ,Birds Eye Cod fillets were on offer with clubcard ,when getting home checked my receipt ,and had been charged full price ,even though I had used my clubcard .Have also been overcharged for a plug adapter .
Tesco please update your system to reflect the offer which you are advertising !!how many people only realize they have been charged full price on supposed offers .
It is not always possible to check your receipts when there is a large queue behind you !!

I have been a loyal customer for many years, but today, the disappointment with them was too much.
A small amount of snow fell on Chester last night, and the first thing Tesco did was cancel all home deliveries. The earliest delivery slot I could get would have been for 3 days later. As a pensioner with mobility difficulties, this means going hungry until then.
However, after watching an ASDA van pull up to my neighbours home, I quickly got my phone out, downloaded their app and wonder among wonders I have a delivery slot for this evening and saved a couple of quid on my shopping bill, amazing.

Looks like I had a similar experience to some others. I am not from Chester and parked here to attend a funeral. Fortunately I checked before I left whether I needed to pay for parking as the Tescos local to me have a sensible system of 3 hours free and then pay by the hour. I would quite happily have paid to use the car park. When I eventually found the touch screens and went through the cycle of having no receipt and needed a validated ticket I set off in search for the shop down the stairs and across the courtyard!!!
It would be worth Tescos doing an audit into how many items of clothing bought from that store are returned! Such a ridiculous waste of time!

Went into town not expecting to go into tescos, when I went in I brought went to but some Christmas foods and some booze but at the checkouts the guy asked for my ID, which was completely reasonable but I forgot to take my ID so I was happy to give the booze back and thanked the guy for coming over but then he called me a silly cow even though I was happy to give the booze back and I?m normally not id?s there ( I?m 24) not that I shouldn?t have brought my ID but its just so incredibly disrespectful.

Billing is a issue takes time and staff not always available for help. Equally worrying King Cab Marshall who helps customers get a cab back home is arrogant and rude to the core. He needs to open his mouth and talk as he minces his word inside his mouth and then yells to make himself audible. Disgrace and annoying for sure. No one cares though feedback of customers goes in thin air.
