It said about the counter you won't have to wait more than 15 minutes. We'll i waited 55 minutes and still didn't get my prescription. Stop making promises you can't keep

Used to be a good little pharmacy but recently a couple of members of staff have been absolutely useless, they complicate prescriptions and you end up having to keep going back in to collect items separately. Some members of staff are really lovely and go out of their way to help you but some of the others are rubbish

Absolutely wonderful staff, helped me get sorted with an emergency prescription while I was visiting Chester. Great communication and friendly service, they made a stressful situation so much easier!

Tesco pharmacy is way better than Well pharmacy because they actually answer the phone and try to help you. You don?t have to wait forever in queues to collect your prescriptions. And Tesco pharmacy is open when it is supposed to be.

Nice friendly staff can't fault them ??but lately seem to have a reoccurring problem with not having a particular item of my prescription in stock which can be frustrating at times especially when it's really needed!

I had to switch pharmacies because the one at Sainsbury's has closed. I expected all sorts of hiccups transferring over, but absolutely not the case. Brilliant service, really friendly and helpful staff. Really pleased with the service...just sorry I didn't switch here earlier!!

Absolute waste of space place!! Would give it zero if I could. After calling ELEVEN TIMES still no answer. Only to find out that they haven?t even looked at my prescription request in almost a week! Disgrace of a place I won?t even shop there again.
