We visited Tapi Carpets in Chester today and Rowan was incredibly helpful, not only was knowledgeable about carpets which helped in us narrowing down our selection, his service was outstanding. We've bought previously from Tapi carpets and the products are great quality and reasonable priced. It was a pleasure being in store again.

I had such a positive experience with Tapi Chester when sorting flooring for a bedroom, most notably from Rowan the best customer service I?ve received in a while. Prompt responses, great product knowledge and friendly service.We had changed our mind after a carpet quote and wanted laminate and had emailed Tapi Chester.Rowan had picked up my email and let me know he?ll get a quote sorted. A very prompt phone call Rowan was able to offer several options which would fit our budget and explained the process in detail and confirmed when they?ll next be in touch.Extremely happy with the speed at which this was sorted and with amazing service along the way.

Great customer service and choice of carpets is fantastic but boy do you pay for it. We recently purchased some carpet for our new home, having never purchased new carpet before we were super excited. The sales process was okay but they try and lock you in with a deposit and by telling you the deal is only valid whilst you're in store. We paid the money and the service ect was great.Fast forward a few months and we?re in the market for more carpet, this time we tried else where in comparison.WOW! What a price difference. Like for like carpet we?re getting 4 rooms done for the price Tapi quoted for 2 rooms. We will never go back to Tapi.

Such a wonderful experience, absolutely in love with our new carpets. Fantastic customer service from Ben, helped me choose a carpet really quickly while I had my baby with me so needed a quick in out ?. Communication has been perfect about delivery and fitting. The carpets have transformed our rooms they are such a beautiful colour and really keep the floor warmer from the drafts under the floorboards. Would highly recommend there fitters Matt & Miles such professional young guys, tidying everything to perfection as they left. Thank you guys will definitely be recommending and back for any more I may need.
