Just visited the store and asked if they sold a particular perfume and was met with a very rude sales girl who abruptly answered we don?t sell that and turn her back on us. I commend how rude she was and she turned and pulled a face at me. This girl should not be work in customer service

Male member of staff on Perfume counter not serving any customer refused to take my payment for an expensive mascara. Told me twice I had to queue or use self scan. He was quite clearly not doing anything. I left the mascara and won't use them again.

Really bad service, went to the pharmacy counter at Chester Pharmacy, got ignored for 10mins while the staff member spoke to the delivery man, I have worked in retail for 15 years, so I understand it gets busy and when things are dropped off and you are short staffed, you maybe the only person there to deal with this but some acknowledgement goes a long way, just a nod of the head, or I will be with you in minute, will do, I got nothing,. Another customer turned up with her prescription, after 10.mintuew of me being in plan sight the shop assistant went to serve her first, the customer had to point out that I was first, she then seemed like she couldn't be bothered to find out what I needed, asked me a quick question, then got the product, as I walked off I thought I would check it was what I asked for, I found it was the wrong thing I hadn't even left the store so walked back to the counter within one minute of purchasing the product, I explained it was the incorrect thing, she said she wasn't sure how to do an exchange, ans went over to speak to the Manager who said can't do refunds on things from the pharmacy, urm I literally just bought it like 1 minute ago, and you have given me the incorrect product, I walked up to the Manager myself and asked again, same response again. I was like oh my god, the worse service I have ever received and worked in retail shops for 15 years. I never write reviews but this really was poor

Poor Customer Service , Rude Behaviour and Untrained Stuff. Went for a Flu Jab with an E-Voucher from Corporate Healthcare by Superdrug -- The Stuff simply won't look at it and keep insisting that there is something else. Really unhappy with the experience.
Please train your stuff properly regarding your own products.

The best experience with a pharmacy I have ever had! The Store Manager and pharmacists are so helpful and go out of their way to assist.
Update : Second Experience was just as positive! Had the pleasure of dealing with Adam, who was so helpful and kind!

unbelievably bad service in this superdrug! i work in superdrug myself so i couldn?t believe the way the worker Chloe spoke to me because i would never. she refused my discount because my sister was holding my products which i wanted to buy and gave me a sharp and unreasonable explanation why i could not use it even though they were my things i wanted to buy. she was only holding them because i was exchanging the acetone i had brought earlier so i don't have 4 hands to hold it all. chloe then proceeded to give me a dirty look and looked at me like i was dumb. i could not believe the way she spoke to me. i phoned up to ask about complaining and she was just as rude to me on the phone. Wouldn?t tell me her managers name either.
