Went in this store today Saturday the 30th of November well I won?t be going again??????. Went to do Christmas shopping as new to the area and thought oh we will have a subway why not biggest mistake ever!!!!!!!! What a joke no food hygiene followed at all some of the cucumber had gone off but still put it on to go orders ? all of the toppings still frozen with frost all around the food the work surfaces disgusting, tall guy thin with glasses didn?t get his name wow what?s his problem ? minimum wage minimum effort comes to mind no manners whatsoever ever doesn?t want to work there does he and it?s pretty obvious could hear him moaning about working Christmas Eve and Boxing Day from the sub station doesn?t do his job and doesn?t acknowledge nor does he care about the customers was stood behind a man and woman who he blatantly ignored and was arsey even going to talk to his mates on the table near the door could hear the whole conversation still when paying for my sub the store floor their was food all over it the store seems like the manager doesn?t care nor do subway care about the store at all but what I will say the other worker small guy dark skin guy couldn?t do anymore for you so polite pleases and thank yous do you want to make it a meal what drink etc

Dirty tables and floor when came into store.
Chris who served myself seemed like I was disturbing him from doing nothing. Definitely no manners, can?t be bothered attitude the whole time serving me. Later he ?cleaned? the tables with his hand, no cloth or spray to disinfect the seating area, pushing more dirt onto the floor spent time talking to his mates at a table then walking away leaving the dirt on the floor, this has been the attitude of this particular member of staff numerous times we?ve visited and he?s displayed a doesn?t give af attitude and that customers are not his priority further to this review I will be contacting subway head office.

I recently visited the Subway at Chester Retail Park and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The man preparing the sandwiches was incredibly rude and lacked any semblance of patience. It felt like we were an inconvenience to him, even though we were paying customers and not asking for anything for free.
The lady working there was also unpleasant and did not make any effort to provide a positive experience. Overall, the poor attitude and lack of basic courtesy from the staff made for a very unpleasant visit. I will be reconsidering my options before returning to this location.

Shop empty and 3 men filling up containers so not busy. My sandwich was made OK although the assistant was monosyllabic ,not until he finished the sandwich did he hear I also wanted two sides. The meatball side was not heated to melt the cheese and the torn half roll for the garlic cheese slice only had half melted cheese with no garlic oil on it. At checkout I was told bluntly that my subcard (with a number of points on it) was obsolete and I had been emailed 6 weeks before to warn me. I have since checked & I have NOT been emailed so all my points have been lost through Subway's incompetence made worse by the sullen till operative with the charm of a dead fish. Not surprising the shop was empty.

Food was extremely nice, but customer service is absolutely shocking. I think it's very important that the staff here (subway chester, greyhound) are given a course in customer service. The man that served myself and my daughter was very rude, and had an obvious 'can't be arsed' attitude. We were completely ignored when we arrived, although there was no queue, they were too busy sorting online orders for delivery. A polite acknowledgement would have been enough but to be completely ignored for 5mins I think is disgusting. Manners costs nothing..... remember your please and thank you guys!

Lovely sandwiches, efficient friendly staff. Avoid the standard coffee, it's very watery, can barely taste the coffee. Might be worth upgrading to something with some flavour.
