I use this subway most weeks and very rarely have an issue or an issue that would compel me to write a review, but today was an exception. The staff at this subway are always very polite and are good at their jobs. However, the manager who I think is called Mike served me today. He?s obviously very knowledgable and good at what he does but the whole experience felt rushed, he asked me to pay for my sandwich before I?d even looked at it or put salad on it. He rushed me through picking my salad and missed my order for pepper. He wrapped the sandwich up so quickly he forgot to cut it in half leading to me to tear it myself and getting sauce everywhere and it the wrapping wasn?t secure enough to take the sandwich outside the shop. I?d understand if the place was packed but there was maybe four people in the queue and two on chairs. I will keep using the subway but wasn?t impressed today. Quality over quantity is the service game.

I stopped off here today for lunch, got the offer whereas any Sub footlong for £5 and I'm glad I did!A) Got the Steak Big Cheese like a panini and it was incredible!B) The guy who served me was nice guy and gave good customer service, doesn't say his name on receipt but I was served by No.#03 so thanks 03! The guy who forgot his glasses ? and had the huge fold phone ??

How about not putting the COLD drinks squashed onto the HOT sandwiches on my delivery?
The end result is a lukewarm, soggy sandwich, soggy cookie and a lukewarm drink
This was an Ubereats delivery but the pack was packed by Subway employees.
Can you at least put the cold and hot items separately?
I?m put off from ordering the Ben and Jerry?s ice cream cream with any future order (very unlikely) as your staff appear to have no common sense.
Maybe some additional training would be useful?
Really Disappointed and have been going to the Subway Foregate street for over 20 years.

Great food as always at subway, 5 stars.But the manager (I think as he was wearing a black shirt) was very rude. He made my sandwich and moved straight onto the next customer with no interaction with me or to ask about anything else which is just common courtesy in retail/hospitality. He had an awful attitude and rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a side too. He was very grumpy and there?s just no need.I?m absolutely disgusted that a grown man rolled his eyes at a young girl ordering food at a restaurant ?

Stopped here today for lunch, the older lady serving us could do with some training in customer services., rude and made me feel uncomfortable while i was explaining what i wanted.She did not make eye contact during my order and I would have had more interaction with a brick wall. Food thrown together and fell apart at table.
