Guy making the sandwiches had a terrible attitude. I get that you?re busy but you still have to smile and be polite. The bread was rock hard and stale. The guy with the dark hair on the till was nice though.

Ollie and Cameron were super helpful today when the app order messed up and made it so easy for us and made our subs so full and yummy! the one with curly hair was so happy and lovely really good customer service :) thank you

Order food on just eat around 7 o?clock and I?m still waiting for it now at 9:15pm when subway closed at 9pm. Absolutely joke I wouldn?t even bother unless you?re going into the actual store. At least then your guaranteed food unlike ordering on just eat

Not what we were expecting, we hadn't been to Subway for about 4 years and oh how it's changed. The food was not as good , the choices were limited. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken, what I received was BBQ sauce chicken, it certainly wasn't teriyaki sauce.

Just got a subway from an amazing member of the team.Very friendly and helpful guy while making the sandwiches. Gutted I wasnt able to get his name.Amazing service and great sandwiches.Put the perfect amount of jalapeños.

Went in for a hot drink as i was early for appointment, asked where the drinks menu was and was pointed to a poster in a frame behind me.Ordered two hot chocolates and when i went to pay i told her thats 60p too much she said the prices on the wall are wrong, i reminded her she pointed it out to me, she shrugged her shoulders and said well its gone up, i might have just left it there had she not had a bad attitude, i said youre breaking the law she wasnt bothered and attempted to walk in back of shop, i repeated you cant charge that and display a different price, asked her a couple of questions to which she replied with a completely uninterested "i dont know".Anyway she asked if i wanted my 60p back as though i was mean i said yes, sat down to find the so called hot chocolate was barely warm.Also one of their freinds or regular customers started attacking me verbally and they done nothing to de escalate it.Needless to say i didnt go back for lunch as planned

Honestly, a very unprofessional experience from the staff made me wonder if it was due to my skin shade. I?ll just leave it at that, gladly, some other reviews help point it out.
