Stopped into this Starbies in Chester, UK!! It's a good size with simple decor and some merch options. They had drinks I don't think we have in the US. I ordered the Caramel Waffle Cream Iced Latte with Oatmilk and light ice. Surprisingly, it wasn't super sweet as I had expected it to be. I'm loving the Starbies here in the UK!! The drink was tasty without being obnoxiously sugary. The staff was super friendly as well. The dining area is a good size with casual options for groups. I took off a star due to rude customers who left their trash behind in one of the tables (not the staff's fault). How hard is it to pick up your used cups, sleeves, and napkins when the trash bin is like 10 steps away?! Smh! Keep it clean, people!! Sheesh. I'd visit this location again for sure. Oh, and if you're a collector, they currently have the pretty red Statbucks/Stanley collab 40 oz. tumbler in stock for £54.99! Get it while you can!

I visited a few weeks back and they had issues with the card machine, however, I found that the staff were super friendly and polite about it.
Would 1000% visit again!

Decent enough place but staff seemed to take an age to make drinks even when only a few people ordering.

Newly refurbished! A lovely smell of fresh paint pervades the interior. The house coffee is a nice bitter blend, still my favourite after many years. There is a good selection of tasty cakes, including some nice muffins.
A large window looks out onto a picturesque street. There are a couple of tables outside and they add more in good weather. Those tables get full sunlight at lunchtime.

Staff and friendly and fast service. Awkward door if you are pushing a wheelchair or pram and back area isn't wheelchair accessible either

Good location and drinks as you would expect from Starbucks. Toilets were particularly dirty which was off putting and the general store needed a good clean.
