Amazing staff that work here. So helpful. My sons electric wheelchair Tyre had no air, the staff allowed me to pump the air using an air pump from the store. Unfortunately the Tyre was still flat. Simon and Mark allowed me to bring my car to the rear of the store and help carry the wheelchair down the escape ramp to my car.
A great asset to your store, Simon and Mark went above and beyond their duties and help us, they delivered excellent customer service. We appreciated their help so much, a great asset to your store. Thank you so much.

Not at all impressed with the service i received from this store last weekend. I brought my 7 year old son in store to get his football top printed. The young girl radio'd upstairs, the man replied yes but wont be ready till 4pm. It was 13.30 at the time, i was more than happy so said yes. To then be asked by the two girls behind the till Did i buy the top from the store??? I confirmed i brought it in sports direct but in Plymouth, to then be told NO!!! if i didn't buy it from that store they wouldn't do. And they kept to their word. They refused to do it. Absolute disgrace!!!! I use sports direct weekly, this really shocked me!

I wouldnt buy anything from sport direct unless i know that im 100% sure im not going to return it for whatever reason. They hav a no refund policy and only credit note. Which is ok... but then i feel that few months ago the policy was different.also last time they asked for my orginal card when i needed refund on a shoe that didt fit me. But its werid i paid with google pay but they cldnt refund me back same way i paid...ermmm y??? i dont kno why but i feel like there is always some messing around when it comes to refund. So im not very happy about this. And its not the first time its happened alot that i needed to post this because i wish someone had warned me
