A very good service, went into the shop on the Retail park in Chester. A young lady Imogen attended to us, she was very professional, friendly, and gave good service. A Surveyor came out and measured up, we have a date for the fitting of our carpets, all together a good service.

I had a wonderful experience in your sealand road shop (chester)Hannah went above and beyond for us.We went everywhere to find the perfect sofa. every furniture shop imaginable.We acrally found one that we loved.Hannah sold us the sofa not because the cost was £3000 plus! She wanted what was best for me. What was best for my health I have a very bad back and cancer. You do not fimd many people like Hannah these days no-one has any customer service skills now. Hannah went above and beyond for me and you need to send her around to.train people because a lot of people.could.learn of her.I am extremely happy with my experience in your store and will be highly recommending you to everyone!Thanks ?Kind regardsJanet Bayliss

Visited here looking for an ottoman pouffe. We're vaguely greeted when entering the store, not approached as we browsed around. Then made our way upstairs to browse, staff saw this and yet nobody came to approach. We had to go downstairs to get someone to come back up to help us. The colleague 'Jay' came over and was rather rude and unhelpful. We asked how much something was and he then told us that the prices were on the laminates and we can just look at that, he then just went back downstairs and left us. Didn't ask us any open questions to see what we were after so we didn't end up buying anything. Went to Dfs instead.

Such a pleasant experience in the Chester (Greyhound Retail park) store , the salesman Tristan was very friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, we also had a laugh which is always a bonus, he explained everything we needed to know and listened tentatively about what we wanted and required.We are so excited to receive our couch in a few months

I have recently purchased furniture and was helped in store by Imogen. She was very friendly and explained everything very clearly making it easy to make a decision on my purchase. She went out of her way to discuss different colours and how they would fit into my home. She made the whole process easier than it would otherwise have been.

It's not every day you go out to buy a new lounge suite, and if you invest wisely it could even be decades. So when you do eventually have to bite the bullet and venture out to the numerous furniture stores dotted around our retail centres in search of a new suite a few criteria spring to mind.Firstly I would say, is choice, followed closely behind by price and obviously quality. It also helps if the salesperson is both knowledgeable and courteous.I would say that the ScS outlet on the Greyhound Park in Chester fulfills all of the above and Hanna our advisor is aptly suited to her sales task all the time being friendly and advising in a down to earth manner.

I went to the Chester store in October and enquired about a sofa. I was told by the salesman Tristan Smith, there was no finance on that one. Strange I thought but asked about a definite delivery date on 8th January. I explained that was the only date I could get someone at my home,as I would be having major surgery andcwouldnt be home for some months.He supposedly called the supplier and confirmed delivery date for 8th Jan.I paid the sofa in full.A few days later, I called customer services to ask for a swatch to be sent out. She asked why I didn't want delivery until after the 15th of January. I told her it was coming on the 8th. She said , "No, it isn't."Each time I have spoken to customer services, the date gets changed.I am now trying to get a refund through 'misleading sales'. Total idiots and lies, who will tell you anything to get a sale.. I am still waiting o the swatch ( 8th Dec)Edit: update: it's now 23rd of December and still no swatch. Nothing but more lies about it being sent out. I've given up dealing with these people, as its constant lies.A note to anyone buying from SCS, get everything written down,keep emails and don't take any verbal confirmation.

Easy order, we knew exactly what we wanted, sales assistant ran through all the different options and made it very easy. Delivery guys damaged my carpet and walls and no one would speak to me regarding this. Also, we paid for upgraded sofa cushions but they still aren?t great. I?d avoid, not good customer aftercare or longevity of products.
