The staff member was really helpful giving advice with a lock replacement which I hadn't ordered beforehand. He gave me the reassurance that the item could be returned if it didn't fit too. The new lock fitted perfectly, thank you.

I wrongly selected a 1 litre tin of primer/undercoat, rather 2.5 litres, so I had to change my order at the till.
Nothing was too much trouble for Heather as she was very helpful and dealt with the whole reordering process in a very friendly and professional manner.

I really like chester screwfix. But to day went in to day 27 Feb to pick up my new lawnmower. On Sunday the manager said come Tuesday. and park on the loading bay i.did as he said. Want in to get it and let them know where I was .was met by a old woman saying to to a staff member and in front of people in the shop. Some thing dodgy,,here i said the manager told me to do it this way she just give me a nasty look...not a nice person at all.. I have always been met by great welcoming staff. . Not this time.(( a nice man put it in the car for me ..I go here alot. Please manager have a word with this person)) whating for a manager response..) sorry can't give you 5 stars .
