Came here on Saturday 23/8 just before closing spoke to a helpful sales assistant about my faulty shoes she got the manager Graham . Graham was very helpful listened to my query and ordered me a new pair of shoes with no problem . Very helpful staff went above and behond to help me . Lovely store . Amazing service highly recommend this store . More retail chains should fully schuhs helpful attitude towards customers . Highly recommend this store.

We always shop at schuh Chester because of the friendly and helpful staff but unfortunately we visited the store today and whom i presumed was the manager Kimberly was very disinterested and quite rude! They were obviously understaffed and people were queuing to be served which is fine but she maybe needs some customer service training!!

Been many times to Schuh in Chester, as a veteran i am touched that they offer a discount to ex service people, the staff are phenomenal, the customer service is outstanding (i've put in many a compliment to them regarding their service), product knowledge is outstanding, definitely make any visit and absolute pleasure

Returned an item that was too small after Christmas. They offer an amazing 365 day returns policy. Super helpful member of staff in store sorted an exchange for an item not in stock that was delivered to our house the following day. Superb service.
