Wanted to update my details apparently bank is not advanced enough to do it online like the others. But weekday closed at 3 and weekends closed at 12:30? I m surprise such an inefficient useless bank still remains open. Please close for good. Cheers x

Had to make a rare branch visit to make a CHAPS payment. Sat down with Thomas who took me through everything in detail and also talked me through different account options that offer free CHAPS payments. Wasn't expecting that, but after five minutes of going over calculators we'd transferred my account to a new type that saved on the one-off payment and also earned a few extra hundred a year on interest. Top service!

Every Week I waiting minimum 15 min to put money on my account, but staff talking too much with customer doesn't care next people. Every Week the same... Time to move another bank.

Called fraud department, they said they needed to call back straight away, no call back, tried calling back up and no one answers for over 30min it?s. Ridiculous

Worst customer service I have ever come across in a bank, couldn't get an appointment to speak to someone for almost a month, lady refused to print an Isa transfer form for me, awful attitude towards me (Chester branch) will take my business elsewhere in future

According to the unsightly rainbow on their window, they support pride. Whatever.According to a screen inside the branch, they support the people of Ukraine. Whatever.How about giving me my cash when I want it and am unable to use an ATM? Far too slow. Not enough cashiers and the ones there are seem to get sucked in to dealing with random queries that take ages. Is it too much to ask for there to be a dedicated cashier so I can efficiently get my cash out of what is supposed to be a bank?Please focus on your core mission guys.
