A store that does not have table salt nor have ginger garlic paste. staff does not even know what ginger garlic paste is? God knows which lala land this store works in. Absolutely third class service and basic things missing from shelves. God save the customers. No one even cares what the hell is wrong with this store?

Abysmal,forgot most of my order on Deliveroo and the pigs under blanket sarnie was rank it felt like it had been there for weeks on the shelf, how dare you charge me premium prices then do this to me. Disgusting behavior worst sandwich I have ever tried in my life. 0/10 PLEASE AVOID.

just waited over 5 mins at the self checkout for someone to approve my age, staff oblivious to anything, clearly obvious the till needed attention. ended up walking out without my drink in the end

The tills are a mess since they redesigned the store, there's no separate queues for the manned or self service checkouts so there's just one giant queue with the occasional person ignoring the confusing queue and cutting across the front of the store to use the self checkouts. No idea why they redesigned the till area, it was fine before now it's just a confusing mess
