My friend has epilepsy, tonight my friend ordered a cranberry lemonade to which the bar lady stated there was no juice, my friend then ordered a coke. The bar lady gave my friend a vodka and coke which obviously contained vodka however this was not stated and was handed over as a coke, which we only realised after she had had a sip, the bar lady proceeded to argue with my friend and said my friend was in the wrong. My friend was very upset and was worried regarding the situation as this could have been a serious medical issue. We therefore spoke to security and a medic who advised ?you wouldn?t go to a peanut factory with a peanut allergy would you?? this was very unhelpful and made my friend feel as though it was her fault for an incorrect order? Rosie?s in future please follow through with your promise of a safe environment.

Rude bartender gave alcohol to individual who is unable to have alcohol due to a serious medial illness. we reported this and the staff dismissed us and said we shouldn?t attended a club due to this. it?s freshers week and the individual would be able to enjoy themselves and not have to stay home because of it. the woman at the bar was arguments and purely rude towards us which is unacceptable.
