Scottie is an excellent member of the team. He was really helpful and made some great suggestions. Hannah even let my wife try on her own reiss jacket. The team here are brilliant and make high street retail stand head and shoulders above on line. Nothing beats seeing the texture and the fit and getting great tips and advice from the team when shopping for outfits.

Fantastic customer service in Reiss today. I was approached immediately by two members off staff who stepped away from what they were doing to ask if I needed any assistance. Will be returning to the Chester store rather than shopping online because of this.

Went into Reiss in Chester just before Christmas with my mother. We had called the store prior to check stock and reserve items. We were served by Emma who was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of stock was fantastic! We asked if she had certain sizes in certain item styles and off she popped and came back with several choices all matching the criteria given. By far the best customer service I received in all of 2021. Thank you for making us feel so special Emma and looking after us, we hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year!We were also informed that Reiss are moving away from Chinese manufacturing, which is great news.The clothes were perfect, beautiful fit, excellent fabric, wonderful quality. My three nephews loved them.Would highly recommend this store to everyone.

Visited Reiss today with my friend Naomi who was looking for an outfit to wear at a winter wedding. Laura the manager and her assistant were amazing. What lovely ladies who were so helpful and friendly. They offered advice and even asked if we wanted to go and think about the purchase before buying. Naomi loved her dress and it looked beautiful so she bought it! I love Reiss clothing and usually buy online but I would definitely visit the Chester store in future as we felt so welcomed. Thankyou Laura and your fab team!
