Came in today 29/07 for lost property. A lovely young lady named AMBER helped me, she found my items and was really kind. It looked a little busy but amber was patient and just a lovely person. Thank you very much Amber.

Two women on the click and collect counter were amazing, Cameron and Jess. They both helped with an order that hadn?t registered as delivered, and managed to find it for me! They were really helpful, more than happy to spend time looking for the missing parcel and so polite! :) Thanks ladies!

Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated at Primark Broughton A tall larger woman with light blondish hair claiming to be the manager followed me through the store including the fitting rooms and cashier
She was rude and disrespectful when I asked a simple question and acted like I didn?t belong there I?ve spent so much at Primark over the last 10 years I?m sure it?s more than she earns in a year Yet she treated me like nothing
This is beyond unacceptable How on earth does someone like her get hired let alone made a manager Very disappointing experience and a shame for the brand Action needs to be taken

just got a new shiny thong, great condition but when trying to get out was chased by P.C AlShiheed THE 2nd out the upstairs clothing area and got locked in the lift for 4 hours, watched the marvel endgame film while in there, would recommend :)
