went into store yesterday as Chester for replacement work shoes unfortunately there were none in my size I found an assistant called liliana I asked did they have any other sizes she offered to check and advised there may be a wait of approximately 5 mins I said that was fine I waited around 5 mins and liliana appeared with a size 7 along with the same shoe to stock up the area I thanked her very much for her assistance fabulous customer services by her

absolutely vile members of staff, felt singled out, told me she was doing a random check on me and made me not pack my 134 pounds of shopping so she could do it after! never said please or thank you and was just down right rude. primark should definitely rethink their staffing

I shopped in the Chester branch yesterday, I love the Rita Ora range and bought the boots and dress, I would like to say a huge thank you to a lovely lady named Tina who went above and beyond by helping me with the boots, correct size etc, she made my day. Well done Primark what a lovely employee you have there, please make sure she gets a mention.

A disgrace an absolute disgrace came in on the 27th of February 2025 time 1130 till eight Of the self serve Large lady Not very nice Very rude, I would not go there ever again I was just doing self self and she told me to move and I want to know how many products you are getting I would like her to be pulled up and disciplined for this As I watched other people getting their own products and they weren?t pulled up so this is a disgrace I?m sorry, I would have to do this, but I do not like Being Made to feel awkward in this situation as I was A paying customer and I working in The customer industry I wouldn?t dream of treating a customer like she did Very bad review I wouldn?t even give it one star But as it is, I had to put a star for it to go in
