Toilet out of order. Still charged me 20% VAT though for my dine in. That is only applicable for places with a toilet. Shame no Greggs nearby!

a kids sandwiches is surprisingly BIG. added a cup of hot tomato soup is delightful after walking for few hours in the shopping outlet. especially, there is only around 2 degrees outside shop.??????

The member of staff made a mistake about our order.and forgot to include 2 lattes we had ordered amongst other things. We waited a while before asking the person making the drinks for help. She ignored us and when we asked another member of staff to assist. he asked the person making the drinks and she implied we had either not paid or not ordered. I pointed out that we had waited and were clearly not trying to avoid paying. The person making the drinks was rude and when we gave our feedback she failed to apologise and was again impolite. We did not deserve to be treated in this way and it has put me off going to pret. An apology would have gone a ;long way to sorting this out but this person clearly did not care. We certainly would not recommend this branch of pret again.

Visited today and found dirty tables poor selection of sandwiches tastless egg mayo really lacking in flavour and seasoning very expensive for what it was !sorry but don't think another visit is on the cards

After a day of mid service in every single outlet of cheshire oaks, the big smiling guy who gave me a filter coffee should be commended. After no doubt 1000s of people coming in as miserable and dimwitted as sin? he continues to smile and reminds people that there?s such a thing as humanity.
