Stayed 2 nights. Right in the middle between chester Station and the city center so really convenient. Rooms were nice with TV and air con. There was free WiFi but it kept disconnecting so you would have to reconnect again. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating adding a candle to a desert for my mums birthday. There was sometimes a bit of a wait at reception to get seated for meals. The food was good and options amicable. After a day at the zoo and a lot of walking in the city the day after it was lovely to come back to a comfortable room, have a quick shower and sleep well. Will gladly stay here again.
Rooms: Large bed with TV and aircon. Shower no bath.
Nearby activities: Spent a day at chester zoo, and a day in the city centre.
Walkability: 5 min from the station and 5 min from city centre.
Food and drinks: Breakfast options a good, continental with cereal, toast etc or full English fry up. Evening meals were also good had a fish n chips one night and steak another.
No decafe tea

This was the first premier inn I've stayed at and I was very impressed. So clean. Rooms modern and the bed was huge which was fabulous!

Great stay. Lovely hotel and recently refurbished. Handy for city and eateries, bars and shops. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, been on numerous occasions.

We have just spent three nights in this hotel. It is conveniently placed for the railway station and the city centre. The room was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The breakfasts were lovely and hot as well as good quality. The staff were very accommodating, they were friendly and helpful at all times. I can't fault anything, if we return to Chester, we will book there again.

Hotel was clean rooms good. Food in restaurant was not bad but service was very slow. Central for shopping area. Only problem we had was the lift for the mobility scooter. We had to keep going out side hotel to bring it up.
Rooms: Clean and tidy plenty of sockets for charging electrical goods
Nearby activities: Town centre very close for all your needs

Moved a booking and then had to pay £42 extra per room and was not informed of this at the time.
Rooms ok no decaf coffee offered. Twin rooms were 2 beds touching each other. Lots of noise in the night. So many cigarettes on the floor outside. Casting to the TV also didn't work just took the sound not the visual.

Busy hotel, room small and cramped. Bathroom lovely. Impersonal but acceptable. Annoying having to look for someone to access disabled lift to get in and out. Breakfast good. Room noisy as near lift and access door.
Walkability: Easy to walk to town centre. Lots of good places to eat, drink or shop.

I stayed at the hotel for business arriving quite late (10pm). The hotel was easy to find and we'll located (5mins walk from the station). I had a premier plus room and it was great. Probably the best nights sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time. The room was quiet and comfortable. The upgraded WiFi worked perfectly and I could stream from my Samsung tablet straight to the TV really easily.
I would really recommend the hotel. Premier Inn is not glamorous but the rooms are always really good for the price

Lovely hotel, great location not far from the train station and the city centre. Staff were lovely especially Melissa on reception, she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic hotel, can't make me pick another hotel in this range. Best out there. Loving the new purple lights for night time, much easier on the eyes. This particular one is in a great location.
