It's comfy and convenient. The service was pretty average. We spent two nights here, checked out, and checked back in after two nights. The cleaning/cleanliness of the place isn't amazing. The rubbish bin was not emptied out from the previous guests, there was a contact lense on the floor near the bed. Even though the reservation was made for two people, the bathroom and towels were prepared for one person, so we had to go to reception and ask for another set.
The rooms have a decent amount of space, and the bed was pretty comfy.
There is parking available if you need
The location is great, a quick walk across the road to Morrisons, there's a pub next door and a 2 minute walk to the Bache station makes it pretty convenient for a short stay.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I had booked 2 rooms, across the corridor from each other. The overpowering stench of sewage remained all night and was even worse when I turned the shower on in the morning. The staff said the hotel was fully booked so we had no option. There is no way they would not have known those rooms were not fit for booking. Appalling, avoid this awful place.

Ideal for Chester Zoo. We have returned several times!
Rooms: Standard Premier Inn, which means comfortable and spacious with everything you need for a few nights break.
Food and drinks: We had a breakfast in the hotel which is different from the last time. The staff who served us were great, friendly and chatty, and were very helpful and welcoming. The food was tasty and filling, and the poached eggs were freshly cooked were delicious.

Stayed after visit to Chester Zoo, about 6 mins drive. Clean well equipped rooms - used accessible room which was well laid out.
A good breakfast available on site with freshly cooked items.

When we got there and picked up our reservation, it turned out that there was one bed prepared. After reporting this to the reception, everything was sorted out within a few minutes, and we also found a small gift after we went back to the room. It was a nice surprise after a hard day's work. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was delicious, and everyone will definitely find something they like to eat in the morning. Highly recommended!!

Visited this "Premier" Inn on my way to the Shire.
I was given the biggest room on the top floor and had high hopes, if you'll pardon the pun. Although the room was infact big, the bathroom was tiny compared to other Inns I've stayed in.
Their main selling point is the comfy sleep you get with their blackout curtains playing a vital role. On this occasion, the curtains they had were dreadful and looked like it was the victim of a drive by shooting. The whole room needs to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch.

Nearby activities: None in the slightest.
Safety: Dangerously quiet.
Walkability: Just local shops nearby. Main town lightyears away.
Food and drinks: Didn't have any.

Went on a business trip here, very clean building and staff were very welcoming. Was greeted by the manager libby and the customer was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here if your in Chester Also breakfast was amazing and plenty of choice.
