Totally ignored by the assistant in the showroom this morning. No other customers. She even had time to make a call rather than engage with a customer. I am going elsewhere.

I went last Saturday for a boiler Pcb, there was a lovely polite man who did explain everything i need it and advised me that i can return the Pcb if i don't open the package. But when i went tonight 25.11.24 to return there was a different person who served me and he was extremely rude and not helpful at all, he did came with rude attitude before we even ask me what is the issue.
Then he said do you know you can't return Pcb, then i told him i can if the pack isn't open which it was, after than he said how can i believe you you didn't open it.
I did repeat the packet isn't open and I would like to return it because i did change my mind and i will have a new Boiler.
He continued witj rude attitude by ask me fot my name and address for return, but not on a nice polite way, it was in a rude way.
You should change your attitude if you want to have more customers.
I will never ever go there again

This is a fantastic store... Neil and the team always go the extra mile... 1 stop shop when working in Chester.
This store holds a vast amount of stock and I've never not found what I needed here..
Huge amount of bathrooms and wall boards on display... The showroom looks bright and fresh and the store is always clean, tidy and fully stocked.
Love the clearance section... Great way to stock up cheap.
I've used the free delivery service many times, always on time and never had a problem.

Absolutely shocking customer service by this branch manager. How this store stays open is beyond me. Dreadful service from start to finish. It?s well known in the local area local tradesman only use this branch as an absolute last resort. Much more helpful staff and stores in Chester that are actually interested in helping you. Mr branch manager you want to get a job elsewhere as your putting the decent workers jobs at risk. Continually been patronising to our young office staff too when they try to call in.. Absolute disgrace. Stay well clear of this place

I just hope the new loo we purchased fits the toilet tube drains beautifully. Nice and uncluttered displays of bathroom fittings, showers , rails and helpful assistance at hand.

I went to Plumb Center showroom in Chester for a bathroom as my plumber recommended the showroom. They were absolutely brilliant couldn't of been more helpful and really knew there stuff. good price too, would definitely recommend! 5 stars from me

Ordered a fire on Thursday 7th at 4.40pm and was told I had missed the next days delivery and I would get it on the following Monday 11th
Got home from work on Friday 8th at 3.0pm and the fire had been delivered.
What fantastic service.
