We are regulars at Pizza Express Broughton Park for a bite to eat before going to Cineworld next door. We were there yesterday and want to particularly mention Evie who welcomed and looked after us really well during our visit. We generally find that all the staff are good. We've found we can rely on an all round high standard in everything at Pizza Express.

I went in with my husband and the lady waiting on us was so lovely and accommodating. Actually we had two lovely ladies waiting on us and they were patient and friendly.
They had to change my order at no extra cost.

Really enjoyed my trip to Pizza Express this evening. I went with my boyfriend, our 2 year old and 5 month old. The waitress was incredibly accommodating, making sure we had a high chair, that we sat somewhere that I could enclose my wild toddler in! Parents know how important this is haha
The food was lovely. My polo pasta was a little dry but still tasted really good. I think the 3 courses for £26.95 is a really good deal. My toddler had a pizza which looked gorgeous and he ate the whole thing which is rare, so it must have tasted lovely!
I have to mention how amazing the baby changing facilities are. The disabled/changing is sparklingly clean, smelt gorgeous which is Iimportant for a nappy change! And there was a padded mat, a little shelf so I could put down my babies things and they even provided nappy bags. I was incredibly impressed and think other parents would be too.

Overpriced for the food you get! Pizza was burnt and hardly had no cheese on it and tasted of burnt. Chips were disgusting and tasted like fairy liquid. Waitress forgot to add things we had ordered onto the order, so they didn?t show up and we have to wait. Drinks was okay but the rest was awful

I took my son out for a meal and our server, Alex, was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and attentive, which elevated our experience. Moreover, the food was absolutely excellent.

Ordered a goat and beetroot salad, dough balls and beef lasagne, all the dishes were really good and tasty, the salad with pepper, salt and extra virgin olive oil gave the salad even more taste, good portion, the lasagne was good but not enough mince evident. The place was really clean and the staff were very polite and courteous. With a Fanta can as well the bill came to approximately £32.

Food was ok, little disconcerting watching one person do all the work while rest of the staff stood around chit chatting. I appreciate you only had 6 tables in but surely the rest of you could help the lady waiting all the tables out and spread the load a bit.

As always, one of the most consistent chains out there. Great food, good service. Thoroughly enjoyed this and it was our first time in this shopping area and would definitely come again.
Vegetarian options: Always great vegetarian vegan and plant based options.
Parking: Free car park right outside.

We did 'Doodle & Dine' with the kids. They loved the colouring and games and the hats. Great value kids menu.We enjoyed our pizzas too.Served by Alex who was very attentive and great with the kids.Quick service.

Our server was Niamh and despite having to deal with some unpleasant customers and it being very busy she always approached us with a smile and was very helpful and friendly.Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options and not made to feel an inconvenience.
