Hi had a excellent experience buying my rabbit from pets at home in caldy valley, excellent service by Emily, lovely charming young lady ,easy to talk to and ask questions,very happy , lovely clean shop ,and parking very easy going thank you ,the manager of this pets at home needs to give Emily plenty of praise and admiration,thank you ,Lisa Roberts.

Vet tried to tell me my cat needs a heart scan because his pulse is dangerously high despite me trying to explain to her that I have an indoor cat and he gets very scared when I take him to the vets. Please get better staff, trying to scare me into paying you more for a scan is not a good way to keep customers.

We used the services of a groomer at Pets at home, the groomer cut my dog's paw pad, after the incident we went to the shop to talk to them, the shop denied any fault, then said they had cut the dog but had not noticed, then said it was the dog's fault and he had stepped on the clippers, which is absurd, they offered me no solutions and blamed it on the dog, which is very convenient, 2 veterinary clinics confirmed that the cut was made with a clipper and it was visible. When taking your dog for a haircut keep in mind that your dog may be traumatised and not tell you about it!

Lovely friendly staff but I was given very poor advice when purchasing gerbils which I didn?t realise until we?d got them home. Do your own research before buying, as you can?t rely on the staff here to give correct information

I Bought a pet from here 3 Months Ago Which Had a heart condition that the staff here did not know about came in today because the pet I bought was acting unusual himself and when we came in they wanted to put him to sleep cause of a generic heart condition which the staff here did not know about when selling me the pet which is unacceptable

A lot of the pet at home stores have stopped stocking stuff for chickens. This one still does, so I can sort my 2 rescue dogs and the 8 rescue chickens in one place.The staff are always friendly and nice and helpful, will be calling again soon

Friendly staff and well stocked shop, it?s just at the vets side there doesn?t seem to be a sense of urgency when you there.
